Refund Policy

We want every Magick Essence candle to arrive as a small ritual of beauty in your home.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your candle arrives damaged, broken, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at magickessences@gmail.com with a photo of the item, and we will send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Returns
Due to the personal, hand-poured nature of our candles, we accept returns of unused, unburned candles in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items
Candles that have been burned or used cannot be returned, for safety and quality reasons.
