What type of wax do you use?

  • We exclusively utilize 100% soy wax, renowned for its exceptional qualities. Our soy wax guarantees a prolonged, pristine burn, free from tunneling or residue accumulation. With its optimal melting point, our soy wax ensures a heightened aromatic journey, surpassing the fragrance experience of blended wVGG  axes.


What fragrance oils do you use?

  • Our fragrances are meticulously crafted using a blend of non-toxic natural, essential, and synthetic oils. This unique fusion creates a symphony of scents that are intricate, versatile, and reliably consistent with each batch. By incorporating synthetic oils, our exquisite blends remain vegan, cruelty-free, and environmentally sustainable. We take pride in sourcing our fragrance oils ethically, ensuring they are derived responsibly without endangering any plant or tree species.


Is there a proper way to burn your candles?

  • Absolutely! The quality of your candle burn can be influenced by various factors, such as the size and shape of the vessel, the type of wick used, the fragrance oil, and the room's temperature or drafts. To ensure an optimal burn experience, it's important to allow your candle to fully liquefy across the top before extinguishing it to prevent tunneling. Before each use, remember to trim your wick to ¼ inch to promote an even burn and minimize soot. Avoid dropping any debris, like matches or wick trimmings, into the wax, and refrain from placing your burning candle on sensitive or uneven surfaces to prevent accidents. Once only about ½ inch of wax remains, it's best to discontinue burning your candle.


What type of wicks do you use?

  • We exclusively use eco-friendly wooden wicks in our candles, ensuring a clean-burning experience that aligns with our commitment to sustainability.

 

 Shipping & Returns

Is shipping free?

  • Orders over $50 ship for free within the US, and competitive international shipping rates are offered during checkout.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Kindly allow 2-5 business days for order processing. Once your package is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipment notification email containing a tracking number. While we cannot ensure exact delivery times, orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days from shipment. Please note that once packages are with the carrier, we no longer have control over them. The tracking details shared with you are identical to those available to us.

 

I received tracking but there is no update. Where is my package?

  • Be assured that your order is en route. Tracking updates may not occur until your package is scanned by your local carrier.

 

What is your return policy?

  • All purchases made with Magick Essence are final, as per our policy. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or returns.
  • Please be aware that Magick Essence retains the right to decline all return requests.
  • In the rare event that a product is received damaged or missing, replacements will be provided upon notification within 7 days of package receipt. Kindly reach out to us at magickessence@gmail.com within this timeframe, including photos of the damaged item(s) and shipping box, along with a description of the issue and your Order Number. We are committed to swiftly resolving any concerns. Should a replacement item be unavailable, we offer the option of a store credit or refund, as per your preference.
